We will repair your computer in your home with you present when we can.  Only when the repair requires more equipment and or work will we then take your system with care and fix it at our shop.  Loaner Desktop is available for our customers at no charge while your system is being repaired.   Phone/Tablets unfortunately need to be repaired at our shop due to the condition and how tiny the parts we are dealing with.
